The main function:


1. The power supply is AC 380V (220V is optional), and the motors controlling 380V include water pump, hydraulic pressure, and main shaft. There are 220V output voltage for customers to use.


2. Up to 16 inputs, connected to 10-24V NPN proximity switch contacts. ***Maximum 12 outputs, connected to 24V solenoid valve.


3. It can control X-axis and Y-axis stepper motors synchronously. Each axis can program 11 actions, and each step action can accurately set the number of steps, speed and direction.


4. High-speed tapping of spindle clockwise and counterclockwise;


5. The horizontal carriage cylinder is controlled by a double-head valve, with an intermediate stop;


6. Automatically detect that the punching material is not in place, and retry three times;


7. The stroke contact can be added or deleted;


8. It can realize 4 branch synchronous processing;


9. The input and output ports can be freely programmed; the processing program can be flexibly modified and displayed in real time;


10. Process automatic piece counting, timing, and stopping of parts;


11. Fault detection directly displays the point of failure;


12. With alarm function, when the contact is not in place within 10 seconds during processing, it will automatically exit and alarm;


13. The input and output ports are fully optically isolated, with voltage stabilization, overcurrent, and short circuit protection
