Temperature Controller Electronic Control Board
The controller is the command center of the computer, which is responsible for deciding the order of executing the program and giving the operation control commands needed by each part of the machine when executing the instructions. It is composed of program counter, instruction register, instruction decoder, sequence generator and operation controller. It is the "decision-making body" for issuing commands, that is, to coordinate and direct the operation of the whole computer system. Controllers are grouped into logic controllers and microprogrammed controllers, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. The design of combinational logic controller is troublesome and its structure is complex. Once the design is completed, it can not be modified or expanded, but its speed is fast. The design of microprogrammable controller is convenient, its structure is simple, and it is convenient to modify or expand. To modify the function of a machine instruction, only need to rewrite the corresponding microprogram. To add a machine instruction, only need to add a microprogram in the control memory. Sequence, however, is performed by performing a micropath.
Electronic Controller (ECU) is a miniature computer management center. It takes signal (data) acquisition, calculation, processing, analysis, judgment and decision as input, and then sends out control instructions and commands the work of actuators as output. Sometimes, it also provides stable power supply or reference voltage for sensors. Its whole function is accomplished by summing up all kinds of hardware and software. Its core is a microcomputer system with single chip as the main body. With the help of large-scale integrated circuits, ECU has been able to make hundreds of complex and diverse components on 1-2 multi-layer circuit boards, encapsulated in a book-sized box, and shielded with an aluminium shell. If intelligent functional devices are used again, the volume of ECU can be reduced.
In terms of circuit composition, SYI-1 multi-purpose electronic controller mainly consists of power transformer, bridge rectifier circuit, amplifier circuit, thyristor trigger circuit, AC output circuit, voltage feedback circuit, electronic relay and temperature contact, etc. WMK-05 temperature controller mainly consists of AC induction temperature bridge, AC amplifier and AC active signal output.
